so much for the "clarification PR" that no one cares to "analyze"
it was NEVER stated that BKMP owns anything directly of TFN...only of blackout comm...and without an 8K/full disclosure, there is NO WAY to know what the financial arrangements/sharing is between BKMP and TFN...if any
...how is that "clarification"???...seems more like appeasemant of SHs to me

no debating this brutal so-called sport [gag & puke] is hot/popular...but isnt that the way of the pinks/otc?
latch onto a hot sector and promote, promote, promote...regardless of actual participation...but sure sounds good...and sure does sell lots of shares

shall i list a couple of hundred examples?
many with the same promoters/company officers at the helm/in control

lots and lots of $$ to be made on these "gems"...unfortunately the vasy majority [particularly the "vulnerable" naive newbies] are the ones funding others profits

i dont see how its much different than going into a senior citizens home and ripping them off with some "helpful" service

remember the last scene in "a few good men"?...when after all was said and done the 2 marines were dishonorably discharged...and one asked the other "but hal...we didnt do anything wrong"
the other replied, "yes we did...we were supposed to protect/help those weaker"

money can still be made with these "gems" without sticking it to others...some just dont want to play that way
