Thanks for the clarification as I was unsure and mention rule 504. But, really, how can they say they will build a management team off only $10,000? Its obvious from the A/S versus O/S, they need shares to issue. So, though I am initially incorrect in my last post, these shares will be reissued and probably used to officially pay for that management team as current cash is low and most of their net profit is in receivables.

Still just a trade, IMO. And, I will do so. : )
