Well, if we take your base of 23 years selling stock...4 billion seems like chump change...OTCQB's can generate 10 billion in 1 year, or more...the only thing to be concernd about is an rs...look at who ownes what, not gonna happen for a long while...they'll start trading those shares when "something" happens...we needs those actions...
