Well, if you are a business you don't have time to waste, isn't time money, right? SSM is a serious business that deals with serious government bodies and private bodies.

It's been more than a year...do you think SSM is patiently waiting for KBLB to diligently fulfill its strategic plan....I don't think so. They may write a new agreement with KBLB if they see a material and real opportunity...I may be wrong of course! This is AIMOOC!
