I agree, but MOU's are such general agreements, I don't see them ever having expiration dates. I agree with es1 and yankeeclipper. WM was a perfect fit to allow for lower required amounts. Doesn't it seem evident that SSM, by Warwicks reasons for inclusion(they can work with smaller amounts) is also the reason for exclusion. I don't see SSM in the picture for more than a year.
