This thing stinks...

Pretty much all of TSB is vapor at this point, and its only getting worse.

1. There is no product that they warehouse and sell at the moment. What is on the shelf is from previous stocks and manufacturers.

2. We may or may not have 1 billion shares out there on the float?

3. We may or may not have a court judgement sometime in the next six months.

4. There is no mention of TSB or TEMN on the Rivernorth Equity website...5MM line of credit isn't news worthy to Rivernorth?

5. No investor relations websites or pages AT ALL...

6. No PR for going on a few weeks now after a flurry of junk PR about possible deals that may take place in the future...I also don't see anything about EA or TSB or TEMN at the glass manufacturers website, and the brands they bought seem to have been bought from TEXX?

7. The office in the B of A building isn't actually real...it's a vaporware office rented from Regis...there is no staff at this location just a mailbox and a receptionist that handles like 30 different vapor offices.

8. I have yet to see a list of assets. I do see a pretty map with locations and whatnot, however that's all BS as far as I can tell...they own no warehouse space, nor have a list of distributors.

9. Justin Timberlake in a music video that has product placement in it because he may or may not have owned shares in the original Dizaq manufacturer — does not make Justin Timberlake a spokesperson for TSB nor do I believe that anything besides the rights to 7 seconds of film and 30 seconds of music were transferred with the brand as part of the brands marketing archive. No one puts that kind of info in an 8K, sooooo? WTF was that?

10. Also we have this court mess that could ping at any time and go in any direction. There is NO 20 day thing, nor 20+1 day thing...thats all BS... ANYTIME....

11. Hello AP? Soooo, overworked? Scam? Trying to work a deal out with Craig Huffman and consort?


It's a strong sell at 0.0029 and lower...and we are marching there fast!
