~UCPA~ HOLDING STEADY IN UPPER MID 20's

As soon as we get any news via news wire services, this will easily be in the 50's with how low the float is or how clinched peoples fists are, not wanting to sell UCPA.

Lot's of positive things in the news letter, hopefully we'll receive these again in staged PR's through a news service. If not, we'll wait for quarterly report where revenues are up again.
