That is correct. But they wont do so all at once and especially if they arent worth something by then. I dont expect many of them to sell at all cause think about it... These are the people that 'donated' 100s of thousands of dollars to APT when it was nothing more than some guys with an idea. I say 'donated' because that early in the game you might as well just give your money away because the risk in investing in just an idea is a WAY bigger gamble than investing in any stock. So that tells me that these legacy investors want a real return on their 'donation' not some measly .01-.02 a share. Hell, they might not even be even on the money they put in @.01 - .02. Will some sell some in October? Sure. Will all 2.7 billion share hit the market at once in October? Not a chance.
