happyboyrock,,,I'm just investor.....a investor like everyone else here...Yes Frank mislead us and I would even go as far as to say he lied on purpose...That being said,,, It's the past and Frank and his crew are finally gone.....I still believe we are going to make a lot of money on this stock...The only thing now is,,,, how do we trust any management team that takes over,,,,,First I believe,,,Mr. Fan should get rid all of Frank's personnel, and than Mr. Fan as a shareholder should bring Fraud charges again Frank and his crew....That would be a start....Than Mr. Fan has,,, got to earn our trust,,,,He's got to get a real aduit out.....Get a value on this company.......TOM
