You want "definitive news" that the buyout is going to happen for $.12+??? Duh, everyone does, but that will drive the price up to $.12+. Are you really going to get back in if "definitive news" comes out?? Do you think you'll beat everyone to it and get in on time? The fact that there isn't "definitive news", created an opportunity for everyone, instead of just the holders from before the news came out.
