There is no good DD here. Everything is about ERGO and it isn't even ERGO's board.

There are folks on the board that say ERGO is going to takeover PFNO. The email posted I read said they are still in negotiations.

People here say its going to happen soon--ERGO's listing, the PFNO take over, etc. Well, proof is in the actions and PFNO's PPS. Nothing has changed here for months and months...

When I contacted PFNO's lawyers, I didn't even get a response. Makes me very skeptical. How about Fowlds issuing a PR, or blog, tweet, etc.? Nope, nothing. Everything is still up in the air despite all that great DD being put up as facts. They are not facts. They are forecasts.

I hope PFNO flies since I have taken a position in it; but I don't think of it as anymore than a possible flip.
