DDM - you are correct and given the fact that FLPC has been dealing with getting a mill in place for quite some time their progress, design, cost,...I believe are all reportable to us as they freely were done previously. The question is "why are they being so covetous with this information"
Psychology is at work here and FLPC is most certainly using it by sitting back and allowing everyone else to speculate and reinforce those speculations like a self priming engine. This, in and of it self, protects them from issuing statements that could put them in direct line of fire if all this were to go south. If you take speculation out of the equation and forget who we're speaking about and strictly look at the: dilution, market cap and the absence of any PRS to explain the former...would you still see this investment the same...for me the answer is a loud & resounding "NO".
