Will the well then be an asset to Medient since it appears that it is on Medient's property? Or will the county keep the well and a parcel and use water to service other projects if needed in the future should Medient eventually hook onto county utilities?

By the way, I just gave you a member mark. Thought I had long ago but missed you for some reason. You appear to me to be one of the more knowledgeable people on this board and your advise and temperament are appreciated.

One more question..lol. Your user ID is 11 years old! Did you just create it and save it just for Medient? Looks like in 11 years you'd have thousands of posts and with your knowledge you'd have hundreds of followers? Just something that I've wondered for a while now... :)
