Exactly, with incoming mgmt owning 76% and other individuals likely holding 10, 20, 30, (more?) million shares a pop, this will still have a great shot for up movement if/when PR'd growth plans are implemented. AND if the 3D military play comes through... at .0005 this one's a legit gamble!
