I disagree. It will be paid to the shareholders of record as of June 30.

There is no reason this stock should not be trading at or above .01 on that date, since a shareholder will be able to sell his/her shares of The Green Fund once issued to them and receive an amount equal to the number of shares of WNTR owned on June 30 times .01.

Kind of seems like a no -brainer to me unless I am missing something.
