Sorry but I think you still don't get it or simply don't want to get it!
For Sphere 3D the major driver to merge Overland is the acquisition of the 16000 combined channels of Overland and Tandberg.
The fact that Dell partnered Sphere 3D for the value and uniqueness of Glassware 2.0 + the efficiency of the V3 appliances and DCO should tell you that these Sphere 3D assets can be monetized to many markets.
The Novarad deal gave another boost to Sphere 3D's credibility and I think more major deals will follow soon.
Consequently, if those Sphere 3D's assets are so attractive to Dell, Novarad, Corel, etc...why wouldn't they be very attractive to let's say 100 or 500 of the biggest Overland customers?
On top of that Overland has many loyal government customers that are in dire need of the Glassware 2.0 solution...

Besides the market trends are indicating a rise of “converged systems” in IT and that's exactly what Sphere 3D will be able to offer upon integration of products and solutions after the merger is completed.

Why can't you see the light? Just to be contrarian, or are you short the stock?
