Phanton X, I am with you. I saw Robert yesterday when I stopped by. He showed me the SEC filing. I know it was done and filed by vintage filings. It should be viewable today sometime.
I know they sent responses on Monday direct to the examiner. From what I read the only questions that the sec had were business model related and nothing from a financial standpoint.
I also know that the Q is just about done of which they will file when trading begins.
