There might be a lower tiered nasdaq market, I don't know the prereq's and it is too late to look right now. It will happen without much effort to maintain a market cap or standards of some sort. There is no rush as far as I am concerned....Kim isn't the type to subordinate himself to higher reporting standards just yet either. He is in more control right were we are. Once revs happen and they could get more people and control on internal controls, then look for it. There are capital markets etc....so we will see. I think there is a natural progression for these things and companies that force the issue(s) have difficulty maintaining higher listings. Stay were we are till we blow min requirements away. Then maintaining is easier.
