No truer statement has been made in a very long time. Elite is at $.40 for a reason. That reason isn't that it has a valuation of $2.75 or $4.00. I'll let you in a little secret. It is the massive dilution orchestrated by NH under the LPC Good Deals Program for LPC. It hasn't been posted lately by anyone so hopeful I won't be bringing any sore points. Elite does have 995,000,000 million shares outstanding and I don't care that they might not plan on using them. However, it is hard to explain why if the shares will not be used they are issued to bring with. No folks, NH fully plans on using those shares just as he did with the LPC Good Deal I and will also use all, if not more, of the LPC Good Deal II and on top of that he will fully tap the Series I Preferred shares and may add series K, J, M, and N just because he can and wants to.
