I had a nice conversation with customer service rep at Allbotanical. I had ordered the hemjoba pain relieving lotion; I called to confirm the order because I'm so darn impatient. I ask him how business is, he stated, everyone is so busy, and apologized for making me wait. He confirmed average of 35 orders a day, and that he expects much much more business when the 'bigger' products come. What that is, who knows?? He added a lip balm to my shipment for free. Great!!!!
