Yes It Could Keep Running Up, I Read that one of the Big Reasons NEWL is Climbing Back up like it is, is Because of 1st) The 50 to 1 RS, this gave it the Momentum and 2nd) The BIG Fact that the BULLS Took over from the Bears after the Bears had beaten it down for so Long and Now the Bulls do not want to let the Bears beat it back down. I am new to this RS Business so I do not know if this is True.
