Impossible. Pumps can cost bukubucks & often times promoters work for shares. I've never even heard of anyone besides a company paying for a promotion & the details will be disclosed tomorrow in the fine print.

It would be insanity for anyone besides the company to pay for a promotion. I can think of a handful of very serious laws that would be broken & it would be very easy to be caught. The amount of risk weighed against the possible reward would balance out as insanity.

First a team would need a few million shares, then a promotion could cost $25K, $250K or even $2.5M dollars. It's hard to make those numbers work & risk pan out. Especially while dodging both criminal & civil lawsuits.

Pretty much the only way the numbers really work is when there are millions of shares to dump with a cost basis of $.001 or less which limits a pump & dump to only a company.
