What does this have to do with Rangeford Resources since you obviously don’t own any RGFR stock?

All this SNRV talk is high humor, but what exactly does it have to do with Rangeford Resources?

There’s a lot of stuff that you are throwing up that is simply incorrect. Yes, those are the SNRV public filings from EDGAR. Good. Court documents ARE public, but you simply have to know where to get them. The Shareholder Derivative lawsuit documents are available at http://courts.dallascounty.org/default.aspx. Then click on Civil District Case Information and search by party name. You can review the entire case history there. If someone files something that needs to be kept private, it is filed “under seal” with the pertinent portions redacted (blacked out). In that case, only the people who have the need to know will see the original, un-redacted document. In some cases, you need to have a PACER account, so you can see cases filed in Federal District Court, but setting up an account is easy.

While you, 0mnicient one, have proven you have at least enough intelligence to look to the SEC filings, you have yet to prove you can do anything more than report half-truths. Good that you read the 10K, but you apparently don’t grasp the fact that Fidare does not earn 20,000 shares and 20,000 warrants to purchase stock. From the actual agreement that is an exhibit to the filing, Fidare earns stock equivalent to $20,000 and warrants to purchase 20,000 shares at the stock close at the end of the month. That means that if the stock closes at $5.00, Fidare gets 4,000 shares of restricted stock and warrants to purchase 20,000 shares at $5.00 per share. You are intentionally stating only half the story. Go troll someone else.

I have to agree with Greenskeeper when he suggests you’ve drank the Koolaid over on the other page. Laying the blame for everything wrong with SNRV at the feet of one man suggests that he truly is completely diabolical or you are very, very short-sighted and easily led. Seriously, go read the available documents and don’t simply take your accounts and news from whomever you are getting it from.

The fact that anyone knows about the SEC Investigation means nothing other than someone has taken the time to read the available documents in the Shareholder Derivative case. Read any one of the amended complaints.

YOU SHOULD DO A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH regarding Harry McMillan. If you did, you’d find out that in another case that SNRV filed against McMillan, they allege he dumped some stock. Oddly enough, both sides, that is SNRV’s attorneys and McMillan’s attorneys, have agreed as to any sales of SNRV stock, none of which occurred after he was “booted”. These documents are also court documents that are public and available to people who are smart enough to get them. In fact, I read in one document where McMillan still has possession of every single share of SNRV stock, pre-split, that he had when he was booted, and he proved it. So that means that he didn’t sell, he didn’t short, and he wasn’t the reason the stock tumbled. In fact, his last transaction was six months prior to him being booted out, according to publicly available court documents. Again, you need to do your own research before you run around saying this stuff. It truly is very irresponsible, but that’s the point, isn’t it, since you are trolling.

We will see what the Plaintiffs decide to do with that new Proxy. Until then, please, go review the publicly available documents and educate yourself.

In the meantime, your misinformation propaganda is just the type of stuff that current management is hoping everyone will buy into so SNRV’s management can be relieved of their own financial misdeeds that brought about this downfall. If I had my druthers, it would be that ignorant people such as yourself who have no desire nor the brain capacity to figure out how to look up court documents that are just as available as SEC documents would just sit quietly until the grown-ups are finished fighting it out.

But again, what does this have to do with Rangeford Resources? Go troll the SNRV page.
