Wow, DCGoD, you nailed it. They told us that the website and studios would be ready on March 28th...and there is NOT ONE NICKEL OF EXPENSE OR DEVELOPMENT COSTS for a Website or Studio Production on a March 31st statement???
It would be expected to see Development Costs like these capitalized on the Balance sheet.
WHERE ARE THESE COSTS?
They had to have some costs along these lines as of March 31st if they had planned to be operating on March 28th.
This financial statement does not smell right and is incomplete in my opinion.
"Additionally, response to our test site has been overwhelming and positive. Our targeted launch date for the website and studios will be March 28th, 2014. We will be live and operational," Mr. Seminatore added.
