100K just traded at 0.0046 and the next offer jumped to 0.0060!

Seems like there are no shares being offered! Shouldn't take a whole lot of volume to push this one up sharply with just 130 mil O/S.

Anyone know how many of these shares are tied up by CEO and other administrators or are their shares separately restricted?

This is on my watch list.
