After looking at that filing and seeing inconsistencies the best UTRM investment would be to grab a bag of popcorn and watch the inevitable disaster sink. I'm a realist though and I am sure there are plenty of inexperienced sheeple that will fall for it and keep this afloat. It's sad but that's the OTC world we live in.
