Supposedly everybody has seen the data after the tainted trial. There is no reason if the data is good that we should not be higher. To state the share price would be higher if not for the tainted trial is not absolutely true since we really don't know what the real data is. The stock only ran up because of the financing deal and because of the quality of the data was supposedly good which was later to be proven wrong. Share price plus mgmt's inability to get quality financing dictates that something is not what it seems. 20 months have now passed by. Should have been plenty of time to mend fences and prove your worth. All imo.
