Releasing the balance of the A/S only gets them about $550,000 equity financing at current PPS. They would have to increase the A/S to 1.6 Bil shares more to cover all the debt. Surely, this amount of dilution is already in the price to some respect, but it's never good for market price when such an announcement is made.
I just don't see how they hope to achieve their goal of debt elimination without doing this.
Am I missing something here, 1 ???
