I've got my shares and have been holding patiently for some time. So I couldn't care less about the timing of the announcement. But Watson's post really doesn't pass the sniff test for me. I've learned a lot these past 18 months while investing with AMBS (and a few other places) and the number one thing I've learned is that you have to do and then trust your own DD. I am deeply appreciative of the people here who've made doing DD simple by sharing their findings. But, there's simply no shortage of people who are ready to take advantage of others by coming up with 'private' info. Beware.
