My post is the most realistic post on here. You take a company that has a real product that's in the crapper. You go public with a shell that has billions of shares to dilute. You dilute shares and make more money than you ever would with your failing company leaving the shareholders hanging. All this patent talk is ridiculous too. SVFC and BMSN and many other OTCs all have patents that look good on paper but don't translate to anything real. See you all at zero bid.
