Just trying to put events and the future in perspective. This conclusion was available to anyone willing to be objective. No magic; as they say, "it was as plain as the nose on your face", if people were willing to look in the GERS' mirror. My thesis has been consistent with several fundamental corollaries derived from it -- the dilution is the only significant factor in the inverse driving of the PPS. From this is derived the importance of getting rid of YAGI, from which follows that fundamentals have little to no impact on the PPS including our clients' earnings, from which follows settlement, new financing, and/or end of the ligation with court awarded damages available to pay-off YAGI are the only way out of this eight year decline.
