Mj Pay. Share count comments by the CEO and our new hire as well...I am no expert and don't pretend to be in this matter but it seems to me that the Transfer agent and other large shorts are in cahoots and possibly a few brokers like scottrade and TD Ameritrade have lent out a lot more shares then ever existed ( Naked shorting is the term )and why we have a share count discrepancy and a DTC by just a few brokers VS all of them. E-Trade for example has no problem buying and selling these shares yet scottrade only allows you to sell your existing shares. Here is what I can see clearly, MYEC revenue increases have been stellar and financials reported on time. The short bashing is off the hook in some places and getting almost silly with it's attacks, and MYEC continues to execute and hire more people all the time. I cannot say with 100% certainty that their is criminal activity , how could I ? But I do have a knack for looking at the Macro or big picture and using common sense. It's always a puzzle and hard to complete without all the pieces but as you get more of them you can begin to see the picture. What will happen to the pps in the short term? don't know and frankly don't care as it doesn't matter. If the Company and CEO are legit, and I believe they are, and if they continue to execute as promised, which they have even if it's not as fast as some people think they should, ( everyone's a critic ) then the pps will take care of itself over time. If you are an investor, which I am, then time does not matter...ask Warren Buffet on that one. Good Luck
