Just plain don't look good. nasty real nasty. debt settlement of stock needs way more .Outstanding debts yuc. and derivitave losses. I don't understand what derivitaves. Of course it could flip in a blink of an eye if they didn't lose the hedge entirely. Looks to me like he played poorly with stockholders money and 7 million evaporated. In three months. We need production fast. We need a gusher. Befor you buy stock as an investment I think you should visit the companies headquarters and observe some things going on. Otherwise you might be at risk. I am just playing here. Risk capital. Kind of not wise from a economic standpoint. Fool chaseing a rainbow I am.
