With the float being only 600 million the stock can take it though. Initial 42k payment should be eaten up easily then hopefully by the time the big portions of conversions come around the company shows a successful acquisition and business so the stock can be around 5-10x higher. 1.4 mill at a penny, 140 million shares, at .001 1.4 billion. Lets hope they follow through and choose the first one.
