should be directed at their financial arrangement . The
toxic method used by many start up companies like NBRI
places control of important decisions in the hands of
the lender, not the Company, who protects their interest.
CEO Leopold is not always free to make any moves without
the lender's approval

Be less critical of NBRI'S CEO, but he is acting in
shareholder's best interest. . . . . JMHO
