geo, it has been explained SEVERAL times that the fact that our patents run is of no consequence because they are NOT currently used by any product in any commercial activity.

The delay cause by the FDA is a valid and EXPLICITLY listed reason for patent extension. This extension must be asked by PPHM at the end of the initial 20 years and is then calculated based on all factors a company advances (eg: not only FDA bot also FCC and other delays depending on the type of patent are admissible).

So unless you know about current commercial applications based on the protection of the PPHM Bavi related patents, FDA delays are not a problem.
