He in fact states that's (VDK2.0) what attracted them to TMMI. Then a scant seven months later they recessitate DFI, give only two of the original 29 shareholders 11,500,000 shares for it, pay all late and filing fees to bring this defunct 'S' Corp to current, file a corporation change to make it a C corp, just to shelve the product??????
How in the heck could he have been so attracted to it in TMMI's arsenal when TMMI had absolutely no claim to it, or right to use it in November 2011? Was TMMI paying license fees to DFMI?
People here have been bantering you for weeks now about a DFI/DFMI merger. That's a fair question. I'm not convinced it's even pertinent though since DFMI is the entity that bought the codec. You and I both have seen documentation concerning this.
That's not really the question that I would be trying to answer if I were one of the defendants however. The question I would want answers to is how could TMMI buy DFI by paying off only two of the original shareholders? Was there a quorum for that vote to sell to TMMI? Methinks not
