No, the quarterly is only data as of March 31st, before the P&D began in April. And that shows 2.5 BILLION OS as of March 31st. BTW, the statement says someone has "consented to" the cancellation of shares - NOT that any shares WERE actually cancelled. Big difference!

Explain why the TA is gagged so nobody can get CURRENT share structure information from the third-party TA?
