12 cent deal on the table works FRTD but it is worth a lot more than that if you think about it.

here are the benefits of uplisting:


1. more and better exposure to the markets they plan to serve
2. increased and faster access to capital through debt and equity financing
3. more favorable regulatory environment
4. far greater long term value for the shareholders

evidently FRTD brings something unique and something of value to the party and hence the deal that is closing on may 3th.


but as a shareholder you want to be part of this because of the all these factors just mentioned. it will allow a shareholder to maximize the value of his/her stock.

Tom is doing this because it is consistent with stock price maximization.

some people are just not understanding this. this is what you want.

this is the next step up. this deal makes you serious bucks. this deal maximizes the stock price.


anybody with even 1/2 a brain of a lab rat accumulated the hell out of this stock today.

only people selling are shorts, cowards, weak legs, and those who just don't know any better.


there is always some risk when dealing with new industries but this industry is going to be one of the all time greatest industries ever.

this is a good bet as far as I am concerned.
