I was actually a Paralegal working for a law firm for 13 years. And yes, legal terminology is a must in contracts and prs. I have had to advise clients on the proper safe usage of terms so they don't get sued or at least a lesser possibility of this happening. And yes, Stock Cowboy, a Paralegal can advise clients of their legal rights under the supervision of the lawyer who is responsible for what the Paralegal tells the client(s).
