Way to go Lowman and what a find! Now we know the motive behind the posts! Closet shareholder using scare tactics to steal the shares from hard working men and women who own KMAG shares. Should be a law against such poseurs.
You have provided proof that this type of person does exist and uses this type of tactic against current shareholders in order to steal them away at the cheapest price they can.

Hold your shares tightly and don't give them away cheap....you have earned the profits you receive after this long and difficult ordeal.
