The shareholder record date for the 14C is May 9, 2014. Once the SEC approves our 14C, which should be within two weeks from now, we will mail the Information Statement to our shareholders of record. The SEC requires that we wait an additional 10 days after mailing to officially change the name. We have already reserved our new name with the Delaware Secretary of State. The actual name change is simple and takes about a day. FINRA requires that our name be changed before we can request a symbol change. We have completed our application, but FINRA will not process the application until after the name change. We look forward to announcing our new name and ticker symbol to our shareholders soon.
