I'll agree with the inexperience and overeagerness, but I think today's letter was an admission of that on their part in a sense. That's what I took away from it at least. Manny is dialing Chris back in and stated there will be "more generic" replies. They have work to do and they need to do more work and less emailing. There's not enough news to quantify the amount of emails it seems like he's getting on a day basis, so I'm glad it is getting dialed back. I think they learned a quick lesson and have corrected it and that's exactly what you want to see from a new company. They are going to have some missteps on the way to the top but as long as they keep making progress and keep shareholders abreast of all the important stuff, they will be very successful.
Apple and AOL weren't born in a day. It actually took many, many years for their shareholders to profit and make all that money. I've got time!
