In Canada and the States, you buy the mineral rights; that doesn't mean you own the land. I haven't checked out how the system works in the Phillipines, but I'll make a note to do so.

I told him about certain posters here at ihuband he was VERY intersted in how certain people referred to certain others as criminals.

That's nice. What I and others have said is that the DoM is a criminal enterprise. We haven't called any specific person a "criminal".
