Did you not see the net loss decrease from 1.7 million to almost 1.2 million? A 31% decrease and one step closer to profitability. There is a reason this is an OTC stock and thats because it isn't profitable! Name a penny stock that is profitable. There isn't any because any profitable company is $1+ and that is where APT is headed!
