Well because I am a shareholder, as well as a paying customer from their site. I received a bottle of Focamine last week with nothing but the bottle in a bubble mailer. Today, I have another package from Alternaturals. This time there is one bottle of Focamine and a packing slip. So either they are having some ordering/shipping issues, or they are making good on their word of free samples.
