Etrade is the only one I've known to do that. I use Scottrade and Fidelity and both are unaffected by t-trades. None today, usually the iHub detailed quote will show them. If I'm not mistaken, OCTMarkets will show them as well as your broker. Also they usually occur on days with high EOD activity, much more than what we see here.
