Normal in JVing with an Exploration company, the Exploration company puts up the ORE body and sombody else puts up the money to finance the ORE body to production. When People with money enter a JV they have the money and you agree to let them work your claims of ORE but not with your money, THEIRS. The 2 parties meet to agree on the percentage of give and take 50/50/%s or whatever percentile they agree to. yang2 has 1 daily post. Hope my little skit ans youre question.
