very big day tomorrow. tomorrow tells all. it has to go up significantly.

as a matter of fact if it doesn't run for ALL of the rest of the week then something is very wrong.

I am betting that it will run. no way in hell can the CEO of a publicly held company make those acquisition remarks without carefully considering all the variables involved.


he risks being fined and even jailed if he does not disclose exactly what he needs to disclose and what he can disclose.

I don't know how many times he said in that interview that 12 cents is on the table. also the probability is 100% that he is in. that is what he wants because that is what he has been working so hard for.

he has been working to enhance shareholder value.

now the other company is the only party that can run but they are not running. Tom says most of the DD is done so you have to believe him. I firmly believe it is done.

the closing is on 30th and I think it is happening.

today would have been the day for them to announce if the deal was off. they wont announce it the very last second.


at any rate I think this deal is happening. tomorrow the stock has to go up significantly and it will.
