Dr Gil PAY/BONUS a joke ! Read below...

Vote NO ! For any comimg raisesor bonuses for him or BJ. 2 plus Million for him to fly around the world telling everyone how MAPCs helped Rats and they have no efficacy. None at all in the UC study. We needed to see at least a little help to prove it worked at least some. It showed nothing and support for the stroke looks week based on reports, news NOT coming out, the lack of support out of hospitals. This is just way too much money for someone leading VERY little to make. Had they even shown a little healing in the study, I would be all for moving forward with compensation. But not now, no way...

Our boy Gil made over 2 million in 2013:

salary: 450K
bonus: 119K
stock award: 1.2 million
option awards: 264K
all other compensation: 12K

To be fair in assessment, option and option awards are on 3 year vesting schedule , but still, it's a huge chunk of what used to be shareholder equity.
